  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure (hypertension)
  • Severe respiratory conditions
  • Recent stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
  • Pregnancy
  • Acute infections or fever
  • Skin infections or open wounds
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures
  • Use of medications that impair balance, coordination or heat/cold tolerance
  • Severe kidney or liver disease
  • Alcohol or drug intoxication
  • Vertigo, dizziness or balance disorders

• Active or contagious disease, lung cancer or respiratory system cancer haemorrhage or haemoptysis; severe or uncontrolled hypertension, stage 3 COPD (Halotherapy Contraindication)
• Deep vein thrombosis or blood clots (Super Suit and Normatec Compression Contraindication)
• Active or suspended malignant cancer, hyperthyroidism (Red Light Therapy)
• Use of medications that impair sweating or heat tolerance (Sauna Contraindication)
• Raynaud’s disease or severe circulatory disorders (Cold Plunge Contraindication)
• Active medical implants that administer medication or stimulation, metal or other bodily implants unless medically cleared for electromagnetic exposure, malignancy or cancer (BEMER Therapy Mat Contraindications)

  • Red Light Therapy: not for you if you have active or suspected malignant cancer, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy, photosensitivity, epilepsy or seizure disorders, no recent burns or wounds (within 48 hours), implant related complications 
  • Compression Therapy: not for you if have Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or history of blood clots, Severe Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) or vascular insufficiency, Acute fracture, dislocation, or recent surgery (within 6 weeks), Congestive Heart Failure or uncontrolled hypertension, Pregnancy, Peripheral neuropathy or sensory impairment in treatment areas, open wounds, burns or infections on limbs, active cancer in treatment areas
  • Halotherapy: not for you if have active or contagious disease (tuberculosis, flu, COVID 19), fever or acute illness, open wounds or skin infections, lung cancer or respiratory system cancer, severe or uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure above 160/100 or 180/120), Stage 3 Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cardiac insufficiency or severe heart disorders, Haemorrhage or haemoptysis (spitting up blood), acute respiratory attack or acute inflammatory disease, intoxication due to alcohol or non-prescription drugs, severe kidney disease, mental disorders, pregnancy
  • Sauna: not for you if have heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD), recent stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), Pregnancy, acute infections or fever, skin infections or open wounds, epilepsy or history of seizures, use of medications that impair sweating or heat tolerance (diuretics, beta-blockers, sedatives), severe kidney disease, alcohol or drug intoxication, circulatory disorders (varicose veins, thrombophlebitis)
  • Cold plunge: not for you if have heart disease, including coronary artery disease, angina or recent heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure (hypertension), severe respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD), recent stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), pregnancy, acute infections or fever, raynaud’s disease or severe circulatory disorders, epilepsy or history of seizures, use of medications that affect blood pressure or circulation, alcohol or drug intoxication 
  • Pilates Reformer: not for you if you are pregnant (we do not offer appropriate classes), recent surgery or acute injury, heart disease or cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe respiratory conditions, acute infections or fever, osteoporosis or severe bone/joint disorders, spinal disc herniation or severe back pain, epilepsy or history of seizures, use of medications that impair balance or coordination, vertigo. 
  • Bemer Therapy Mat is not for you if have active medical implants that administer medication, active medical implants that lead to stimulation, metal or other bodily implants unless cleared for electromagnetic exposure, heart disease or cardiac conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy or history of seizures, recent surgery, malignancy or cancer, acute infection or fever, abnormal blood pressure, other serious health concerns

Super Suit Advanced Compression and Heat is not for you if you are pregnant, have heart disease or cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, deep vein thrombosis or blood clots, acute infection or fever, severe respiratory conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes with complications, open wounds or skin infections, severe kidney or liver disease
