You’ll start off in the oldest stone building on the property, boosting your circulation while relaxing in a zero gravity chair with Normatec Compression Boots where you can begin to let go. Next up, our Full Body Red Light Therapy will ignite and rejuvenate your cells, supporting enhanced skin radiance (boosts collagen), reduced inflammation and promoting tissue repair.
Taking a short walk to the zen garden, experience a little detox in our traditional Finnish sauna as you toggle back and forth with our stainless steel plunge pool and send your body and mind into the ultimate recovery and dopamine hit. If plunging isn’t for you, no worries, we have a cold bucket for a smidge of cold or a full shower at your disposal.

Taking a short stroll to the zen garden, you’ll enter the world of salt in our Halotherapy Cabin where you can “Breathe Easy” and prepare for the contrast therapy.
Our traditional Finnish sauna will seduce you as you toggle back and forth with our stainless steel plunge pool and send your body and mind into the ultimate recovery and dopamine hit. If plunging isn’t for you, no worries, we have a cold bucket for a little contrast or a full heated outdoor shower at your disposal.
Our 12 person hot tub awaits you to top off the experience leaving you on cloud 9! Hang in our Green Room outdoor living space where you can soak in the new you and maybe even say hello to Seabiscuit the Wonder Pony or Bonnie and Clyde our cheeky pygmy goats for some animal therapy. Can accommodate larger groups if needed.

Your overnight stay includes our Signature Day Retreat (typically starts at 3pm and finishes around 6pm on the arrival day). We recommend the famous Mary Barry’s for dinner or you can dine on-site for (€25 per person). Transportation to the restaurant can also be arranged for convenience.
